STEP 1: The first thing you have to do to install Magento manually. So download the latest installation package from the official Magento website (Magento Community Edition).

STEP2: Then rename the installation folder (store) and upload the installation package (store folder) on your hosting account through your cPanel. When uploading is finished, you need to extract the content of the installation package in the public_html folder.
STEP3: Create a MySQL database and assign a user to it through cPanel -> MySQL Databases. Remember the database details is important, you will need them during the installation.
STEP4: Now we are going to install the Magento. So open your browser and type http://www.your site name.com/store Then enter…

Then you see Magento installation screen. Then check the Box "I agree to the above terms and conditions" and click on the Continue button.
Now, choose the preferred Time Zone, Locale and Currency and press the Continue button.
Next, enter the database details: Database Name, User Name and User Password. You can leave the other options. Make sure that you place a check on the Box "Skip Base URL validation before next step" option. Then, click the Continue button.
At this point you should enter the personal information and the admin login details which you want to use (user name: admin or any thing, password: any thing you want). Now click the Continue button.
Finally, We are done. Write down your encryption key, it will be used by Magento to encrypt passwords, credit cards and other confidential information (it's not that much important).
Now if you want to go Home page, click Frontend or want to go admin panel, click Backend.
